Pricing

Information on this page is provided for estimation of services for private pay customers. 

The pick-up fee is based on mileage from our office to your pick-up address and is charged once. Mileage rates are round trip 

Once your transportation request is accepted you will be provided final pricing information. 

• One Way Transportation : starting at $50 pick up fee + $2.75per mile (non wheelchair)

• Roundtrip Transportation: starting at $50 pick up fee + $2.75 per mile (non wheelchair)

• Medicaid Insurance is only accepted for dialysis treatment. 

Transportation services provided outside of operating hours have an additional fee.
